Mr. Naufar Basheer brings over three decades of extensive international and local experience to his role as General Manager of North Port Logistics. With a professional career spanning more than 25 years overseas, he has worked closely with leading Japanese and Saudi multinational engineering and construction firms, such as TAISEI Corporation, WAKACHIKU Construction Company, SUNKEN Overseas, and Saudi SERPO Company, in addition to over five years of experience in Sri Lanka. He offers a rare blend of global best practices and a strong local market understanding.

Throughout his career, Naufar has held senior leadership roles such as Project Coordinator, Administration Manager, General Affairs Manager, Marketing Manager, Consultant, and Property General Manager.

His experience spans diverse sectors such as logistics, construction, warehouse management, hospitality, infrastructure development, renewable energy, and IT systems. His international exposure includes long-term assignments in Japan, the Maldives, Qatar, Uganda, Saudi Arabia, and Sri Lanka, where he has managed complex, high-value projects while maintaining strict standards of efficiency, compliance, and quality.
