Mr. Pradeep Alexander is a seasoned professional with expertise in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, and Operations Management. His extensive experience covers both External and Internal Audits, where he has contributed to enhancing financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

He possesses deep knowledge of Manufacturing, Business Development, and Financial Consultancy, supporting business setups, feasibility studies, and restructuring processes. His insights have helped organizations improve performance and drive growth.

In academia, Mr. Alexander has contributed through lecturing, paper setting, moderation, research supervision, and curriculum development. He has also played a key role in securing approvals for programs affiliated with the UGC and international universities.

Currently, Mr. Alexander is pursuing a PhD in Finance at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He also holds an MBA in Finance and a B.Com in Accountancy (Hons) from the same university, an M.Sc. in Project Management from Asia e University (Malaysia), and a Master of Financial Economics from the University of Colombo.

He is a member of ICMA (Australia) and CILT and has completed skill-level qualifications from ACCA (UK) and intermediate level from CA Sri Lanka, reflecting his strong academic and professional background in finance and management.

Professionally, Mr. Alexander serves as Director/CEO of CSBM Campus and Managing Director/CEO of ALEX Business Consultancy. His leadership roles include Vice Chancellor, CEO, and Group General Manager-Finance, highlighting a career that bridges academia, consultancy, and corporate excellence.
